1. What Pro is
AI Wisdom Pro is an optional digital subscription. It unlocks the See, Animate, Test and Build modes on every topic, the full reasoning on the AI Engineering Radar, and both certification tracks. The Read mode of every topic stays free without a subscription.
Pro is delivered online, in your browser, as soon as your payment is confirmed. There is nothing to ship.
2. Plans, billing and renewal
Pro is available as a monthly or a yearly subscription, and, while the founding offer is open, as a one-time Lifetime purchase. The current prices are shown on the Plans page and at checkout, including any tax that applies in your country.
Lifetime is a single payment that gives you Pro for as long as AI Wisdom offers Pro, with no renewals. It is not a subscription and cannot be cancelled for a partial refund. If you buy Lifetime while subscribed, your subscription stops renewing at the end of its current period.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. We will tell you in advance by email if a price changes for your plan.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our merchant of record. Dodo Payments charges your payment method, calculates and collects tax, and issues your invoices.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your learning passport: open Manage billing and choose cancel. You do not need to contact us.
When you cancel, your subscription will not renew. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account returns to the free plan. Your learning progress is not deleted.
4. No refunds
All Pro payments, including the one-time Lifetime payment, are final and non-refundable. This includes partial billing periods, unused time after you cancel, plan changes, and periods where you did not use Pro.
Because Pro is digital content made available immediately, by subscribing you ask us to start providing it straight away and you acknowledge that, where the law allows, you lose any right to withdraw from the purchase once access begins.
We keep it simple instead: cancel any time and keep what you paid for until the period ends. If you are unsure, read a few topics and preview the Radar before you subscribe.
5. Exceptions
We will correct billing errors. If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged an amount different from the one shown at checkout, contact us and the incorrect charge will be refunded.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where such a law entitles you to a refund, we will honour it.
If we close your account without cause, or permanently stop offering Pro during a period you have paid for, we will refund the unused part of that period.
As merchant of record, Dodo Payments may also review payment disputes and decide on a refund under its own buyer terms.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Pro may be paused until the payment method is updated. You can update it from Manage billing. Pro resumes as soon as the outstanding payment succeeds.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Pro evolves. Changes apply from your next billing period. The terms that applied when you paid continue to apply to that payment.
