Azure Event Grid is a fully managed event routing service. It supports push-based delivery with dead-lettering, retry policies, and filtering. Use cases include reacting to blob uploads, resource group changes, IoT events, and custom application events. Event Grid Namespaces add pull delivery and MQTT support.
